Are you drooling over a pair of shoes in our online shop?  Nervous about ordering? Here are some answers to questions you  may have:

How do I know my size?

Most of our footwear is sized in European sizing.  You can check out the Sizing Chart to do the conversion.  If you are wondering if a certain shoe/brand fits true-to-size, send us an email and we will reply as soon as we can.  {Example: 80% of our customers go down a size in the FitFlop brand)

How much does shipping cost?

 

Free Shipping across North America, with the option of purchasing a tracking number.

 

For International buyers, we charge a standard shipping rate of $30 CAD, so load up while you can! We are not responsible for duty costs associated with any purchases.  The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does it take to get my new product?

Once payment is confirmed, your products will be sent out within 48 hours.  You should receive your new kicks between 2-10 business days if you live in Canada.  Between 7-14 days for U.S. orders.

What is the Crush Marketplace (www.crushonshoes.com) Return/Exchange Policy?

If your shoes aren't what you expected, don't fit, you would like to exchange, or there is another reason that they don't work for you, send us a line at cc@crushmarketplace.com within 14 days of purchase.  We will direct you on how to return your footwear.

Returns will only be accepted if the footwear is unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.  Once our Crush Team has inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase.

Is our online pricing consistent with our in-store prices?

We do our best to keep online and in-store pricing consistent. Sometimes our prices may vary due to exclusive online promotions, flash sales and varying inventory levels at each location.
